Refund policy

Vital Touch Animal Therapy is a mobile canine remedial massage service. As appointments involve travel and dedicated time allocation, the following policy applies:

Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service cost.

Refunds: As our services are delivered in person, refunds are not available once a session has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us directly at vitaltouchanimaltherapy@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve your concern.

No-shows: Appointments not attended without prior notice will be charged in full.
